   What a great story.
   Gosh those security questions are fun hey. Once to change my phone plan they asked me what I ate for breakfast and I had to mail in a jar of my breath so they could verify!! (Ok I also made that up).
   What I really want to know is that the actual number they told you to type in? If so I might try it on each avis car I find to see if I get lucky. Ha Ha
