Telemarketers Sometimes I just crack myself up – I hope this Lighten Up Monday clip will crack you up too! [youtube id=”q-gpatMQjrM”]
Younger generations will not get this. But, those of us that remember phones with cords stretched across hallways and kitchens this is great! Thanks for the laugh!
Those cords always ended up a tangled mess, didn’t they.
Before I got smart and bought a call blocker we were getting 3-4 telemarketing calls an hour, yes they ignored the do not call list. I would, after they asked “how are you?”, go on to list all my ailment. they never made it to the end of my list. Now we simply block whole area codes that are known through experience to produce a lot of those calls. We also, so we can enjoy family time, simply have the device automatically turn off our phone line to all but a few specific callers between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:00am everyday. The bad news for you is that you are not on that special list of people that can call us after 5:00pm.
That’s not bad news! That’s good news. I will be calling at 2am! Blessings friend
