It’s Lighten Up Monday! This clip is a little longer than normal, but I think you will enjoy every moment. This was a skit filmed in Dixon, Tennessee for Chonda’s video project “Be Afraid, Very Afraid!” I play Chonda’s husband. She is trying to tell me that she is going to have a baby. . . ENJOY!
Not just Monday – lighten up Monday! Here is a hilarious video that I think we can all relate to. Which person do you identify with the most? How have you handled situations like this?
The room was full of pregnant women and their husbands. The class instructor said, “Ladies, remember that exercise is good for you. And walking is especially beneficial. It strengthens your muscles and will make delivery that much easier. Just pace yourself, make plenty of stops and try to do your walking on a soft grass surface or a path.”
Then the instructor spoke to the men. “Gentlemen, remember—you and your wife are in this together. It wouldn’t hurt you to walk with her. In fact, that shared experience would be good for you both.”
I have been privileged to experience 45 years of public speaking, writing, and training speakers from all over the world.
I am blessed to wake up each morning and find invitations that allow me to continue doing what I have enjoyed doing for the last 4 decades.
So what in the world am I going to do next?
A lot of people ask me why I am not retired at this ancient stage in my life. I’m certainly not looking for more fame or money. I keep going because of the inspiration I get from people like my dear friend Lady J.
As long as my books and appearances continue to touch lives, I will continue to try to live fully alive. Enjoy Jevonnah’s amazing post and I will pass your comments on to her.
